Anders Finnerup

Before founding Operran, Anders spent nearly 20 years as a professional chef, more than half of that time leading kitchens as Head Chef and Executive Chef. His career included Michelin-starred restaurants, Hotel Arts Barcelona, Hôtel Le Maréchal in Colmar, and respected hospitality businesses across Denmark and Norway.

As the company expanded across multiple European destinations, Anders built the operational engine behind the business, creating the systems that enabled sustainable growth, from guide operations and pricing to financial controls, reporting, and internal workflows.

Working across thousands of departures and hundreds of thousands of travelers revealed a pattern. Most tour operators weren't struggling because they lacked great products. They were struggling because they lacked the operational infrastructure to scale them.
